Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Fit First account and its data at any time. This page explains how, and what gets removed.

Delete from inside the app

1. Open the Fit First app and sign in.
2. Go to Profile → Settings (Account settings).
3. Tap Delete account.
4. Confirm with the verification code we email you.

Once confirmed, your account is scheduled for deletion.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account removes your profile and the data associated with it, including your logged weight, steps, hydration, workouts, goals, reminders, and your posts and comments in the community feed.

What we may keep

We may retain a limited amount of information where required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes, for no longer than necessary.

Timing

Account deletion is permanent and is completed within 30 days of your request. This cannot be undone.

Request deletion without the app

You don't need the app to delete your account. Email us at kontakt@fitfirst.app from the email address associated with your account, with the subject "Delete my account", and we'll permanently delete your account and all associated data within 30 days. Use this method too if you can no longer sign in.
