Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Fit First app and website (the "Service"), provided by Ali Akbar Naiemi, Mansfeldstraße 33, 40625 Düsseldorf, Germany. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date, and tell us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Community content & conduct

Fit First includes a community feed where you can post content and interact with others. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. You agree not to post or do any of the following:

• harassment, bullying, hate speech, or threats;
• sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise objectionable content;
• spam, scams, or impersonation of another person;
• content that is illegal or infringes someone else's rights;
• anything that violates another person's privacy.

Reporting & blocking. You can report any post and block any user directly in the app. We review reports of objectionable content and will remove violating content and may suspend or permanently ban the responsible account — typically within 24 hours.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create (posts, comments, and so on). You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, and display that content within the Service for the purpose of operating it. You are responsible for the content you share.

5. Subscriptions (Fit First Premium)

Some features (such as the AI Coach) require Fit First Premium, an auto-renewing subscription.

• Payment is charged to your Google Play or Apple App Store account at confirmation of purchase.
• It auto-renews for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Manage or cancel anytime in your store account settings; deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Prices and the subscription length are shown in the app before you purchase. Refunds are handled under the applicable store's policy.

6. Health disclaimer

Fit First is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice. The metrics, goals, reminders, and any coaching content are for general fitness tracking and information only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any exercise or nutrition program. You use the Service at your own risk.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service — including by reverse-engineering it, disrupting its operation, attempting unauthorized access, scraping data, or using it to violate any law.

8. Intellectual property

The Service — including its design, branding, and software — is owned by us and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy or reverse-engineer it except as permitted by law.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time (see our Privacy Policy and Delete your account). We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service and its users.

10. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or loss of data, arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany.
